These Terms govern your use of the website m3a2c.com and the services provided by M3A2C, LLC ("M3A2C," "we"), a Georgia limited liability company located in Cumming, Georgia. By using our website or services you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

M3A2C provides operations setup, grant support, website care, advertising management and reporting, operations partner retainers, and digital & e-commerce operations, including authorized business messaging. The specific scope, timeline, and price of each engagement are set out in a written proposal or agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

2. Fees and Payment

Published prices are starting points. Fees are confirmed in writing and invoiced as agreed. Grant support is billed as a flat or hourly fee — never a percentage of any award. Third-party costs (such as advertising spend paid to Meta, or messaging fees) are paid by the client directly unless agreed otherwise.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients provide accurate information and timely access needed for the work. Clients using messaging services represent that they have obtained valid opt-in consent from every contact they instruct us to message, and that their content complies with applicable law, the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, and Meta's advertising and commerce policies.

4. Third-Party Platforms

Some services depend on third-party platforms (such as Meta, WhatsApp, and Google). We are not responsible for their availability, policy decisions, ad approvals, account restrictions, or pricing changes.

5. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee grant awards, advertising results, sales, or message response rates.

6. Confidentiality and Data

We keep client information confidential and handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own the deliverables created specifically for them. M3A2C retains its pre-existing tools, templates, and know-how. Website content is © M3A2C, LLC.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not use our website or services for unlawful, deceptive, or spam activity, or to send messages to people who have not consented.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, M3A2C is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid to us for the services giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may end an engagement as provided in the written proposal, or with 30 days' written notice for monthly services. Fees for work performed through termination remain due.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, with venue in Forsyth County, Georgia.
